Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every engagement. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for services purchased from Nexus Resolution LLC. It applies alongside your Order and our Terms of Service.
1. Free audits
Our 24-hour PPC audit is provided free of charge. Because no payment is collected, refunds do not apply.
2. A+ Content & Branded Store Design
- Before work begins: 100% refund if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before we deliver the design brief or first concepts.
- After concepts delivered: 50% refund if you cancel after initial concepts but before final files are delivered.
- After final delivery: non-refundable. Two rounds of revisions are included with every project; additional rounds are quoted separately.
3. A-Z Amazon Brand Management (monthly retainer)
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. You will not be billed for the following month; the current month continues through its end date.
- If we materially fail to deliver contracted services in a given month, contact us — we will credit the following month's invoice on a good-faith, case-by-case basis.
4. Amazon PPC Management (monthly retainer)
- The first month is billed in advance and is refundable pro-rata within the first 14 days if you are not satisfied with our onboarding and initial account restructure. Refunds are calculated from the date of your written cancellation request.
- After month one, retainers are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- Cancel any time after the initial 90-day ramp with 30 days' written notice. The current month continues through its end date.
5. Ad spend
Amazon ad spend is paid by you directly to Amazon and is not part of our fees. We do not refund ad spend under any circumstance.
6. How to request a refund
Email audit@nexus-resolution.com with your invoice number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most disputes are resolved quickly through email. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of services.
8. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
